Amazon Web Services (AWS) has announced the release of AWS Managed Microsoft AD (Hybrid Edition), a service tailored to help enterprises deploy highly available, low-latency, and resilient Active Directory (AD) topologies across hybrid cloud environments. Enterprise identity is a Tier-0 infrastructure service—meaning if directory services or authentication pipelines fail, almost every downstream workload fails with them.
